Fech Space is not responsible for the code creators use in their utilities. Therefore, any data-scraping or non-permitted use is not Fech Space's fault, in the vent legal action is taken against you.

By providing a utility, the code you write which is used in said utility will be publicly available for anyone to see, use and use. You agree to this.

All code you write and use is either original or legally obtained or publicly available from an open-source project or any other means. If you data-scrape from another web-page in your utility, you must get permission from that website's owner(s) and give credit to them in your utility profile.

Finished utility needs to be a single script file. No third-party libraries or APIs will be implemented just for you. This requires you to really think about the code you are writing and this keeps it running quickly and it also saves server space. You acknowledge and agree to this.

Fech Space will only support interpretted languages that run just in-time. Absolutely no executable files can be used in your utilities. Doing so will result in account suspinsion or termination.

If your utility creates files, it is forbidden to create executable files. Doing so can result in account suspension or termination. Otherwise, all utility-written files will be deleted immidiately after utility's script completes running.

Creating folders is not allowed in your utilities' script.

Utility must be able to execute its task(s) in 10 seconds or less. Fech Space will automatically stop your script's process.

Utility cannot access, read or write files outside of its directory. Every utility is based in its own, empty directy and sandbox.

If your utility doesn't work as it should, it will be hidden from the public site.

Anyone is allowed to report your utility for misuse or malfunction. This won't automatically pull your utility, but this should encourage you to keep up with your utility and ensure it is always working.

If you decide to cease working on your utility, then it is recommended you pull it from the public site, unless its code is error-proof.

Your utilities can download files and use them, but you cannot download other scripts, utilities executable files or any other code to be ran as apart of your utilities. The only code to be ran is the utility's code itself.

Code your utilities with an interpreted language only. Java is currently the only exception.

Your utilities' script file should not exceed one (1) megabyte (1024 kilobytes) in-size. Any utilities that do will be disabled from running unril you can redice its size.

Don't get any exploitive ideas. Rougue code will automatically get your account permenantly removed with no exceptions.

Users have the ability to report other users or their code for breaking rules or because there is a genuine problem. If your falsely accuse with ill-intent, punishment will come.

Code that involves scamming or phishing results in an automatic deletion of your account.

Your utlities' code and functionality cannot involve giving away personal information. Business information that is public information is oaky, but NOT information of an individual, especially when they do not consent to it. If you wouldn't want something of yours openly known, then its not allowed.

Before your code a utility, search Fech Space to see if something identical to it already exists. We do not need multiple utilities that all do the same thing. If yours is a different variant that does something similar but still different, then that is acceptable.
